Jun. 27th, 2002 04:21 pmOkay, this never-being-able-to-make-it-to-any-concert-ever thing is starting to get rediculous.
Guster dates remotely near me: Austin-Aug. 24, Dallas-Aug. 27, Houston-Aug. 28.
First day of fall classes at A&M: September 2
ARG!
Hmmmmmm.....how far away is Santa Fe? (Aug 22)
Oh, and in the interest of making me bash my head into the wall if I can't figure out a way to go to one of these, how do I find out if John Mayer is going to be performing with them? (Never mind.....he is.)
I am going to one of these shows.
In other news, work still sucks (but days off from work rock), my mom is convinced that my thyroid is out of whack because she thinks I sleep too much, and I'm spending the evening at my friend Taylor's house at what's apparently called "Steak and Swim" (you bring Taylor a steak which he grills for you and everyone hangs out and goes swimming), which will be fun, but I haven't seen Taylor since about a year ago and I'm not entirely positive that he knows that I'm coming. Hmmm. Interesting. Speaking of which, I probably should call Amy about going to buy a steak.
Miss you guys! (And trust me, if I could be there in IRC--in happy-fantasy-land where I'm actually at home in the evenings instead of at work and don't have sadistic parents who keep me offline--I would. I'm not planning on turning into fem-Andy. <g>)
Later, folks ;)
