seasleepy | A "calm" weekend (Reply)

Saturday was very quiet for the most part, which was nice. I slept until almost 2 after being up way too late in IRC and then I stayed in my room pretty much all day. It'd be entirely non-lj worthy except that two things happened Saturday night, one of which I'll talk about in here and the other I won't. There was a pointless argument in #bnl (pointless is naturally my view of the situation, but it was most people's view at the time) and I told them to break it up in a joking way and I lost the respect of someone I've been friends with for about a year now. <sigh> I'm not going to apologize about it, although I woke up to a PM this morning that I'd been blocked so there's no chance of me trying to even explain my actions. Very well, then.

The show went extremely quickly today (Playlist) and I returned to the room and did laundry and spent a considerable amount of time reading old LJ entries and trying to synthesize what had happened the night before. And that brings you about up to speed.
