ANGER!
We had a test today in networking, ostensibly over chapters 4 and 5. We had a quiz a couple of weeks ago over Chapter 4 (network layer/routing/etc), so I spent most of my studying time over the last few days over Chapter 5 (link layer/switches/checksums/CRCs).
There was *not one* question on our test over Chapter 5. NOTHING. And I was so flustered by this that I of course forgot everything but Chapter 5. I couldn't even remember the difference between a datagram network and a virtual-circuit network.
<sigh>
