I told work today that I'm moving in August. Good lord, I am glad to have that out there finally. (Although I still have to tell Jeff. But at least I've told someone.)


Also, given that I've been looking at plane tickets and storage lockers and things: omgthisisactuallygoingtohappen. In like two months exactly. Eee!
(That is an "eee" of excitement and anxiety all at once, if you could not tell.)

I haven't mentioned it in here lately (because of work paranoia) but I might have mentioned it to you in person -- it's been the plan for a while, we're just getting to the point where it's actually going to be happening soon now.

The overall plan is: I'll be moving up to Hamilton mid-August, we make sure Jerry and I aren't going to kill each other, get married, send off paperwork, and hopefully my permanent residency comes through quickly, so I can work up there and not be mooching off of Jerry.

Awesome! Sounds good. Now I'm going to have to figure out a way to see you before you go to the great white north. I'll be in Austin for several days for Amanda's wedding, so I'll need to be makin' a side trip. :)
